Hello! I'm Jo, and I'm so excited to be here at Bethany Rose Bridal. In 2023, I was thrilled to take over the boutique from my daughter Bethany.

My absolute favourite part of this job is getting to work directly with great bridal designers. It’s a joy to hand-select and curate our collection, ensuring we have the most exquisite and unique gowns for all of you.

But truly, the best part of all is meeting you—my fabulous brides and your family and friends ! 

I'm here to make this part of your wedding planning as fun, relaxed, and special as possible. It's an honor to be a small part of your journey, and I can't wait to help you find the dress that makes you feel incredible on your big day.

Hello, I’m Emily and I’m based mainly at The Bridal Outlet but you may also find me at Bethany Rose Bridal. I joined the team back in February 2025 as a Saturday girl and then progressed to be the apprentice, who now works 5 days a week (Thursday through Monday.)

 My favorite part about working in a bridal shop is definitely seeing the bride's face light up when she finds THE dress. It's such a special moment, and I love being a part of it. 

A fun fact about me is that I am a theatre nerd!! I love all things to do with the arts and performing. I also enjoy watching the shows, I have been to multiple press nights/opening nights and musicals in general and I have 51 programmes collected from all the past shows I’ve either seen or been in

Hello, I’m Lorna and I’m based at Bethany Rose Bridal (the main store). I work here on a Thursday and Friday helping future brides finding their perfect gown. I’ve been in the team since April 2025 and I’m really enjoying the social interaction and fun which comes with the job. 

When I’m not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughter, friends and family, going out for food and drinks, long walks in nature and trips away. 

Fun fact about me.. I lived in Ibiza for 7months and once did a skydive in New Zealand from 19,000ft.

Hello I am Sarah and I trained as a costume designer at wimbledon school of art.

When I returned to Nottingham I set up my business designing bespoke bridal wear. My love for fabrics and understanding the cut of clothing has lead me into bridal wear alterations. I describe myself as a problem solver in fabric.

I take great pride in gaining the brides confidence at the first fitting and listening to their requirements. Through my understanding of form and body shape along with my attention to detail you will look spectacular on your big day.

A few years ago I completed at the World Modern Jive competition at the Blackpool Tower Ballroom as a newcomer and won a medal.

When I have a spare moment I enjoy a walk, especially if it leads to a pub.
