Terms and Conditions

 By placing an order with Bethany Rose Bridal Ltd, you are entering into a contract to purchase the goods as described in the invoice issued.

Once your order is placed you will not be able to make any changes to the style or size of your purchase(s). We are unable to offer a refund or exchange in any circumstances; save where the product received is defective or not as described where you will be entitled to a repair, refund, or exchange at our discretion.

You will be unable to collect your purchase(s) until payment in full has been received. If we have agreed to accept a deposit or partial payment; you will not be entitled to any refund if you later decide you no longer want your purchase(s) for any reason. When your purchase(s) have been received into the store; we will make reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange for collection or delivery (additional shipping costs apply). If, after a period of no less than 12 weeks from the point we contact you, you have not collected or arranged for delivery of your products we reserve the right to retain your purchase(s) and no refund will be offered. If you change any of your contact details after placing your order, it is important that you contact us.

If your purchase is marked ‘sold as seen’ and/or ‘sample’ on your invoice you agree by placing an order that you accept the condition of the product(s) as seen. No refund or exchange will be offered for any defect(s) which were reasonably discoverable upon inspection at the point of sale.

Dresses that are ordered in will be ordered to fit your largest measurement to ensure a good fit unless agreed otherwise.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery time into the store depends upon the designer and/or any available rush ordering, which may carry a charge. These, and any other estimated timescales communicated to you are only our best estimate based on information from our suppliers. Save that you can expect delivery within a reasonable period, we cannot guarantee delivery within a certain time or by a certain date. No refund can be issued or liability for any consequential loss accepted in the event your purchase(s) arrive later than estimated.

QUOTES

When selecting your dress we will make best efforts to ensure that our suppliers had your product(s) in stock and available in your size. However, sometimes our suppliers can run out of stock or discontinue a product at short notice. For this reason we encourage you to make prompt payment upon receipt of your quote to avoid disappointment. It is usually possible to order in a dress upon payment of a deposit (usually 50%) of the total price. Payment of a deposit is subject to the terms above.

For non-sample dresses, sometimes our suppliers will amend their production costs, for this reason your quote is only valid for 14 days. If you need longer to decide or to make payment, we may need to amend the price if our supplier has made a change in that time.

If you've selected a sample dress, we'll keep it safe and off-sale for at least 14 days to give you chance to make payment. If you need longer than 14 days to make a full payment, we may ask you to pay a deposit in order to keep the dress off-sale.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.

DIRECT DEBIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This payment plan is not a credit agreement, but allows you to spread the cost of your purchase rather than paying the whole balance on collection. As when paying by other means, you will be unable to take your dress home until payment in full has been recieved. If payments are missed, or if you want to collect your dress sooner than estimated, there will be a balance due for you to pay. If you agree to pay a set amount each month, there is likely to be a balance due on collection. In the unlikely event that you pay too much, we will refund any excess on request. As with all sales, you have agreed to purchase the product(s) for the cost on your invoice and so you will not recieve any refund of money paid if you later decide you no longer want your purchase. You will still be liable to pay the entire balance. Some banks charge their customers if Direct Debits are returned due to insufficient funds. If there is any difference between the terms and conditions stated here and our general conditions of sale, the conditions of sale will take precedence.

BESPOKE WEDDING RINGS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bethany Rose Bridal Ltd is an authorised agent of Bespoke Wedding Rings Ltd. Registered Company No: 12120292. Jewellery samples are available to view in store and consultations are offered to customers wishing to make a purchase. 

Should a customer enter into a contract to purchase goods, the contract of sale will exist solely between the customer and Bespoke Wedding Rings Ltd whose terms and conditions are available to review at: bwr-london.co.uk/terms-conditions/ . Bethany Rose Bridal Ltd accepts no liability in respect of the purchase of bespoke wedding rings from our premises. We are not authorised by Bespoke Wedding Rings Ltd to provide representations, warranties or guarantees in relation to the products offered and no information provided should be assumed to be a representation, warranty or guarantee. Bethany Rose Bridal Ltd recieves a percentage of the profits of any sale as commission.
